- All bed linen, bathroom towels, electricity and gas are included in the above rates. Please proved your own beach towels.
- A starter pack of logs is provided from mid Oct - Mar.
Entry to the house is usually after 3pm and departure by 10am, unless otherwise agreed.
A £150 deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 28 days prior to your holiday.
We can provide a high chair, and travel cot for infants if required and have a set of plastic bowls, plates, beakers and cutlery. Please bring your own cot bedding.
One well behaved dog aged over 12 months old is welcome by prior agreement at the time of booking. £20 additional charge for cleaning and wear and tear per stay.
